Yes it is Lady Eleanor, but they require cabling each computer in the house to the router itself.
Um . . . not that I know of. Not yet, anyway. I do have this fantasy however of someday replacing my Franken-puter with a nice new all-in-one laptop . . . Will I need one then? 
Mabbo, I really appreciate your info, and hope I can find it again if/when the time comes that I am able to replace my Franken-puter.
However, I really must ask you to stop insulting my friend Morandir. I understand and am grateful for your professional expertise, but this ain't exactly his first rodeo, either. Plus he knows me personally well enough to know that I really can't handle too much information on techhie stuff -- he knows I need to Keep It Simple Stupid.
