Just got my dual coil carto's from madvapes today. I LUV them.....except.....I can only take a couple of long draws - back to back- before those little suckers blast my tongue with boiling liguid......So....are these 1 draw maximum...then wait a minute or two?

depends. If they are dual coil 1.6 ohm, that shouldn't happen much, unless your PV is 4V (SE Riva, KGO) or higher. If they are less than 1.6 ohm, then yes, you have to be a bit gentler. And also fill them correctly so they don't have juice in the center air hole, which is how hot juice gets shot out. Fill down the side and I generally give a gentle blow out through the battery terminal, wipe them off, and vape away. Keeping the airway clear is the best way to avoid tongue burns.
