No aspect of vaping is FDA approved, my understanding is that the FDA won't touch us until liquid nicotine is defined as a drug ... then we won't have a chance unless there is credible scientific proof that it works as NRT. That isn't going to happen soon.

That clause JC are registered under is something to do with prevention of terrorism I think. It doesn't even guarantee standards of hygiene in their premises.

Did s/he say what approval covers? They are claiming that nicotine liquid is FDA approved?

Wow, that's a massive claim. The FDA have said that nicotine liquid has nothing to do with them.

You know what Lacey, I don't believe them, I think they are deceiving you. Unfortunately I don't know enough about US regulators and legislation to know how to check. What do they have to do for approval, did they say?

If you recall an old GreenCig thread, companies "register" with the FDA, as required by law. That does not constitute any kind of approval or review. They are simply properly registered to sell within the U.S. I bet that's what JC has done. Nothing more.

The old thread had lots of details on who must register and why.

They're spinning a lie, I don't believe it for a minute. Their intention is to mislead consumers by implying approval of their product by a government agency. They have already made health claims even during a time of crisis over contaminated product.

I think the whole US house of cards could be brought down by JCs antics. What and how are they trying to sell?

It will be truly ironic if it's a US company that poisons someone or brings the wrath of regulators after all the China bashing on the boards.
