That helps for your computer, but your ISP's DNS also has to refresh. I was sitting at the office for almost 2 hours waiting for mine to refresh :D

Yeah, that part can suck.... :(

I work in IT and I'm really impressed with you guys --Y'all are handling this all with a heck of a lot more grace than most!

Incidentally, the V4L Support system is still off-line for me, and I screwed up my order. Again. :blush:

I've had almost no sleep for the past day, and have gotten sloppy. Please refer to my earlier Support ticket # 498364 to get the right address for my new Order # 276255

Yeah... we turned that off to reduce the load
We should be able to turn it back on pretty quick

    Thanks Mark. I've been trying for awhile to order some batteries, but everytime I submit, the server times out. I guess I'll just have to order them next time, cuz it's past my bedtime ;-)

    Hi hollyberry... did you log in? Usually it won't let you select shipping until you have logged in.

    Thanks! Did that and it worked. The way it was set up, it looked like I could place an order and register at the same time, which is what I was originally trying to do.

    I'm just happy I got my order in. :)

    It was a nice thought............and great sale for some.

    yeah its late and you guys are still punching back replies and working! This goes to show that V4L exceeds standards in Customer Service!

    Thanks guys, it's been a trying day to say the least. Now we're just trying to get everything shored up for Cyber Monday. I don't know if I can survived another day like today.

    I finally got my order in after trying all evening. I couldn't even get on the site. Here's what worked for me: I clicked on the image in the email about the sale being extended and that took me to the site. I didn't have any problems after that. I did try clearing my DNS cache and that didn't work-even rebooted my computer after that. Maybe this will help someone else who's still having trouble getting on the site. Only my second order with V4Life and I finally got in for the sale! Yeah!
