It certainly has been a trying day ! (Did I mention getting up at 7am on a Saturday? Well, maybe just a few times).
Congratulations to V4L staff for their superb customer service in keeping everyone updated, extending the sale, interaction on this forum, sorting out individual problems.
You guys & gals certainly deserve to put your feet up & relax with an 'adult beveridge' or 3. After you post our orders, that is

I don't post much but read here a lot. I just had to post this time to say... THANK YOU.

At first I thought the problems were with my computer. After seeing the notices of the response and server issues here, it relieved some stress on my end. Thank you for keeping everyone informed every step of the way.

and many thanks for extending the sale. Even after the announced fix I tried repeatedly to log in to my account to order and kept getting the Sql message.

Eventually I could get back on the site, but still could not log in. Since I could see the product pages, I tried to place an item in the basket without logging in and it worked. After the first product went in, I tried logging in from that page instead of the home page, and it was all good from there. Got my order in around 1 AM or so. Don't know why that worked, but it did. I love V4L.

What is the cyber Monday sale? I must have missed that post?

Hope you are able to get some rest after such an exhausting day but you definitely served your customers well making sure everyone stayed informed of the issues and extending the sale.

Everything is normal on our end, however, I was just told that some ISP's can take up to 24 hours to flush DNS cache, that may be the issue.

Thank you. That sounds like fun. I'll be at work all day and the PTB monitor and log our on line use, not to mention block more than half of it including fb and twitter, but I can check it at lunch and before and after work.
