At one point I was willing to spend a bit over what the coupon is worth but now I'm thinking it's not even worth the time of trying to place an order.

When I tried to use my coupon code I noticed the USA wasn't even available for shipping. Wouldn't it make sense to label the giveaway as Europe only?

I'm still happy to have won something but I can't use it. :rolleyes:o_O

It let me select USA when I created the account but like you found it's not an option in the checkout process.
At the top it lists the address you put in for account creation but makes you fill out the checkout form. Other sites that I've used will automatically fill everything in from your default address.

Still haven't received any response to any of my messages.

If they do fix it, the cost of shipping along with whatever I would get will be more than the coupon is worth. At this point I don't think I want to take the risk of spending any actual cash with an entity that at this point has shown flaws in their internet site along with an inability to respond to multiple inquiries.

As I stated earlier, initially I was willing to spend extra for some items (as I've always done when getting a coupon/credit). But once a place fails at maintaining at least an attempt at reasonable customer service it takes a lot to bring me back.

My sincere apologises. We had massive issues with Paypal (.......s) over the last few weeks. We are now using world pay only to process payments. I have to say it is a brilliant processor, the only downside is we can no longer deal with US customers. Something to do with Mastercard.

I haven't been on here for ages, so I didn't see these posts. But don't worry winners, I will try to organise some tanks or some substitutes for you all.

Once again my sincere apologises, I hope you understand.

Sorry for the troubles with PayPal! Also sorry no more US customers...thats a lt of lost business. Thanks for responding!

Bummer on the Paypal thing - I know they've created lots of problems and even canceled stuff dealing with the vape community.
I have no idea on what world pay is and not really interested in adding another payment type site to my list - just another door to get hacked.
I usually use a VISA credit card when doing my online transactions - and I watch it like a hawk.
