So I'm flat out of liquid now, I placed an order with bestecig last week but it's currently sitting in customs. The shipping was amazingly quick from beci in china (as many others mentioned). I ordered on Monday, it shipped Tuesday, and was handed over to customs on Thursday. I really hope it doesn't get seized Its right here in Vancouver too!

I'm right in the middle of midterms, so I had a few analogs today and it's almost sickening how they've lost their pleasure... I can't help but think of vapor while I smoked! I really hope this order comes through 8-o

Keep in mind that china is the birthplace of the ecig. You can get a lot of the items here stateside or in Canada but it is only about 10 to 15% of all items are make in NA. If you buy from china it is a lot cheaper if you buy a large shipment due to the 40 to 60 just for shipping.

I really appreciate the generousity guys, but I think I'll hang on a few more days and hope. For those that are wondering it is quite a bit cheaper to order from china, and a lot of folks haven't had trouble with customs, I figured I'd take a gamble. Shipping was $15, versus like $8 or something from canada, and I believe they were $12.75 for a bottle of 35mL and no tax. Another big kicker is that I couldn't find juice with a low enough nic strength at canadian vendors, and wanted to avoid cutting them down. Shipping time is also a non-issue from beci (a couple days), but if customs seizes this one I'm sucking it up and buying within the country!

I'll keep you all posted, lets hope it comes through!

An update.. the parcel is still sitting in customs I'm fearing for the worst and feel I'm learning my lesson. I'm back on analogs and hating it, in fact I'm just home from a night of drinking in downtown vancouver (olympics.. lol) and went through a good half a pack, I feel like crap. The good thing is Beci is willing to refund or reship, but at this point I'm thinking going Canadian is the best bet. 8 days in customs and counting...

My question is, would the tracking site not say "seized by customs" if that was the case? I suppose I'm still optimistic...

I used to order analogs from India. One frightening day, I got a letter from U.S. Customs informing me that the border patrol had interecepted my smokes, and if I got caught receiving tobacco products from a foriegn country again, I would be prosecuted. 8-o That scared the bejeebers out of me, especially since I had 2 more cartons on the way. I always figured I was safe because I ordered just 1 carton at a time. It was probably just a scare tactic, but it worked. After that, I ordered from Indian reservations. ;-)

Good luck. I'll continue ordering all my supplies from the U.S. Saving a few bucks isn't worth the headaches. Plus, I'd just as soon keep my hard earned $$$ working in the U.S.

So those .......s at canadian customs stopped my parcel... I don't have confirmation via the tracking site but Beci at best ecig says he figures its safe to say it has been stopped (I've lost track of how many days its been in customs..)

Thankfully, Beci is reshipping my order and has a few tricks up his sleeve. Great customer service, fast email reply, and very intuitive, I recommend them Let's hope for better luck with this try.

dg99 - have you tried to use snus and vape glycerin and water? Someone else tried that yesterday because his juice hadn't arrived. Mostly I only order parts from China, but I have had liquid get through. I prefer the U.S. juice flavors and like the ones I make the best.

I got sick of analogs, so decided to give smokeless a try. I was very reluctant to do so.. because I figured I'd just be starting another bad habit, but I took the plunge and it is doing the trick. I'm using copenhagen snuff (moist snuff, dip not nasal). My only gripe is it seems to be making my inner lip a little raw.

Hopefully my order comes through so I can get back to vaping, it is my favourite by far. I may try the water/glycerine to tie me over, but for now I'll just wait one more week before buying more things. I think from now on, I'll be sucking up the costs and ordering from Canada
