I'm sure this question has been answered a million times but I'm too lazy to sift through all the threads. I have a list of items I need to order from GV's. However, there are some items that are not in stock. I'm just wondering if I ought to wait until they come in stock or just pull the trigger now. I know that is not an easy question to answer. If they're out of stock on an obscure item versus a run of the mill item. I don't have any one item necessarily in mind. Just wondering what might be the best course of action. Yes, I put in alerts when the stock arrives and they are useful. Just trying to get a feel for GV's as I have placed only one order so far with GV's (or is it two orders...can't remember). Thanks

If you could specify what you are trying to order that is out, that would be helpful, but in general, it seems to be the case that if you wait to order till something comes in, chances are good something else will just go out of stock. So I would watch the items you are planning to order that are still in stock to make sure they dont run out first.
Yep, that crossed my mind too. I sort of keep an eye on their in-stock counts. Not that that is always a good measure. Could show, say, 24 Mini Vivi Nova's one minute and some guy clears them out. That's rather rare though, but it happens. Just trying to get a feel how GV's does with replenishing stock at a general level.

I've been waiting for that tip for quite a while. Don't wait on that one although it may show up tomorrow. Who knows?
Ah, ok. So accessories, such as drip tips, seem to have much lower odds of restock. They seem to have a higher chance of just getting something new. Popular cartos seem to come in on a rolling basis.

I have several in my favorites that I check on when I'm ready to place an order. Red has been out for a while. I also agree to keep an eye on stocks in your cart if you are waiting on more regular items. Learned my lesson on that one Now that makes sense to me. I would not hold up an order for a drip tip, but there's a wall adapter I could use and GV is out of stock. My guess is that will show up soon as that is not exactly an accessory. Now, I don't need one right this minute unless, of course, the one I have blows up. Not likely, but one never knows. But your answer makes sense. Critical items they will put a flame under. Not-so-hot items not so much. OK. Thanks for the insight.
You might also shoot a PM to Dan about an item like the wall adapter as well.
