This afternoon I sent an email to Vapornine with a couple of questions about one of the batteries. I could not believe it when I received a reply within a few minutes of sending my email. But that isn't what impressed me the most,,,it was the fact that I wasn't treated like a way to make another sale, because I would have easily gotten out my credit card after being told I needed this, this and that. I was given some suggestions in regards to another avenue to take verses what I originally thought would be the best. In this economy when most of us are making the most out of each and every dollar we make,,,,it says so much for a company to look out for their customer's best interest verses making a quick sale.
