Fellow Vapers, Ben's customer service is far and beyond the best I have ever encountered. I have no idea how he is able to ship orders almost instantly after receiving order confirmation (weekends, afternoons, whatever!). He replies to my emails faster than text messages. Most importantly, he doesn't carry a "im just here to make few quick bucks" attitude. He is constantly looking for feedback about his products and how it can be better in the future. He actually listens to his customers. Sure you can find some items a few bucks cheaper here and there, but folks.... you can't buy this level of treatment. Thank you Vapornine. You make this whole experience so much better.

I second that.

I have been dealing with Ben for over the past couple of months. I was at first dabbling with e-smoking whilst smoking nearly 2 packs of analogs per day. I have been a smoker for nearly 17 years. My first e-cig was a "White Cloud". That thing was complete piece of crap and nearly caught fire. I simply don't have the patience to wait for stuff to come from Asia, so I went with Vapornine because they were local.

I was immediately impressed.

With his help, excellent customer service, and great products I am happy to say that I have been smoke free since a week after I bought my first Rio.

He is always available for questions, doesn't mind local pickup (I live local to St. Pete), and always solicits feedback. When I have had the few problems that I have had, he bent over backwards to make it right. He is one of the good guys in the biz - I don't do business with anybody else.
