Hi all,
I wanted to share my holiday experience with you all and at the same time thank the people from V4L for their support. So let me start by saying that I am new to vaping, a week since I had an analog and 10 days since I got my first kit. I also would like to to say that when I try something I go full speed so I have all ready committed a decent amount of money in the last 2 weeks to this new venture. So my first kit was an off brand that the battery died quick, the vapor was lite, the carts are not easy to refill and after about 4 days of filling I started to get a nasty metal taste in my mouth. FYI I had bought that juice from a local vendor. I ended up looking into other flavors of Juice and noticed that V4L has clove flavored. On the 23rd I bought a bottle of clove and a bottle of cowboy, on the 24th I convinced myself into buying a new kit with all the great deals and the wonderful things I had heard about the company. I ended up calling them on the 25th and I wish I would have got the persons name that helped me. The gentlemen, that I spoke with combined my orders, gave me a bunch of alternatives for reimbursing me the double shipping cost, and helped me redo my order to accommodate my vaping wants and needs. Long story Long, my kit, juice and a ton of extra carts showed up on my door Monday afternoon. I love the hardware, it seems so much more solid than my first kit that I bought. Thank you V4L you guys and girls rock!!! thank you for all your help.

Love hearing stories like this. My friend and her hubby have not got their new kits yet, heck I think I am as excited as they are! Lol from what I can tell ecig vendors are either outstanding or just plan greedy. It's wonderful to see a company who cares! One of these days I will get my own v4l kit, till then I will just have to look in from the outside :(
