I just wanted to give Ovale USA their props. They have a superb level of customer service. a Month ago I broke my eVic and they fixed it for free, even though the warranty had ended, and besides it was mostly my fault. The top had come off in my pocket and a wire had come loose. Just such nice and understanding people. What makes them special is that it stopped working again, last week, a completely different problem and they stood behind it again. They replaced the control head and shipped it back to me for free. Such a great group of people, and they have a first class website. If in the market for a joyetech product (They are a full joyetech partner, all parts are genuine) or any other vaping supplies, check them out, their prices are very competitive and I can attest to their customer service. 3 cheers for Ovale USA!!
