Ovale USA store stops selling bc of Paypal! :(

So after reading all the threads on the ego tank I decided to also order a set from ovale to see if there was any diff. Many videos watched and everyone who had ordered from ovale usa seemed to be pleased, whereas others who bought from diff sites were mixed. Maybe I imagined it, but anyway

There's now a big message on their site, paypal has limited their account because they sell e-cigs and they've stopped all sales for now! IKES

That's interesting. Was PayPal their only payment option? If you're not dead set on an Ovale, Volcano just started selling their version of the tank system this week. It's essentially a rebranded eGo-T.

It seems Ovale is down again due to PayPal. I think they were up as of 2 days ago, when I sent a relative to them.

btw- the one thing I REALLY love about Ovale is that stupid, cheap little necklace. Except it's not so stupid for me.
My hands have really bad days due to arthritis, and I often walk with a cane- and that necklace is _awesome_ for someone with any one of a myriad of disabilities.

I suggest other suppliers start carrying them.

The ring that connects the necklace goes between the atty & batty, and is flush with the button, so it reduces accidental firings of the battery. I usually sleep sitting up, so I literally wear my ego-T to sleep.

So why cant they just use a credit card processor to sell, something doesn't make sense with that, did they stop selling all together ?

the credit card companies probably catagorize all electronic cigarette vendors as a high risk (i personally know of one vendor catagorized this way), but i'm not sure if it's because of the devices, the lack of federal regulation, the number of bad vendors charging cards for shipments not made (customer complaints), that the sales are predominately web based, that many of the companies are sales and marketing without an actual inventory, and/or that Ovale maybe foriegn owned (or is it? i don't know). whatever the case, the credit card companies charge a significant percentage fee for the high risk catagory, so many electronic cigarette venders were using only paypal until paypal changed its policy.

i think they will be back, and accepting credit cards, but their prices may go up slighty. it takes some time to set up the credit card account (you can't just sign up online), and they may not know when they are going to be approved, so they can't really tell you when the "doors" will reopen.

Me too. I popped the tawa on first, and I guess now it's officially day 10 of using a tawa atty, without cleaning it, and it's still vaping like it did on day 1. Even if it croaked today, I got killer vape off of it for 90cents a day, without any maintenance or drop in production.

I'm also intrigued by the Ovale juice. It may be the reason this atty is still vaping strong without any cleaning/rinsing. It's also the first juice I've ever had that listed the ingredients. I can't say it was my fav juice ever- but I've grown to like it, particularly if it keeps my attys going clean for long periods. (I'm referring to the Tobacco flavor- which is more of a slight tobacco, with a pinch of peanut & sesame seed. I'm afraid of their "Texas" flavored, that tastes like peanuts. I'm from TX. I don't remember ever seeing sprawling peanut farms. Pecans, yes, peanuts, no. Maybe I havent toured that part of the state yet )

apparently they are the co-inventor of the eGo-T in partnership with JoyeTech. As for their payment methods. Yea, a bit of a pain, they are using GreenbyPhone.com for electronic check payments. I made my purchase today and will let you know the results.

Ive been vaping with the Ovale eGo T since December. I ordered through the site with no problems. This is actually the second time this paypal stuff has happened. Trevor from Ovale is very nice and will help you with anything you need. He told me last week that he is working on getting a phone number so he can do credit card payments by phone. I am very pleased with this product as Vicki from Joyetech also referred me to their site stating that they are a direct distributor. There are a lot of clones out there that make me sick to my stomach when I see them! Ovale is genuine. The Texas liquid is actually pretty good. I am also from Tx so I felt like I was obligated to try it. Very tasty! The only problem I have had with the Ovale eGo T is leaking with other fluids besides Ovales. I was told the colored liquids carmelizes the atomizer and prevents it from vaping properly. When I use the Ovale liquid, there is absolutely no leaking what so ever. Clear liquids are the ones that were tested with the eGo T prior to its release, not the colored ones. ok, it's been two weeks so I figured I would post my results.

I ordered my ecig from Ovaleusa.com on 2/15 and received it on 2/17, very impressed with the fast shipping. That could change as they get bigger though. I used the GreenByPhone and the exact amount was taken out of my account on 2/22 so I can say I haven't had any issues with that and would do it again.

As for the eGo-T, I really like it and would recommend it to anyone. I have noticed slight leaking on occasion from the tank system. But I have yet to have an ecig that didn't leak at least one time so I this doesn't bother me all that much. It doesn't happen very often so I can't say it's a problem.

I've tried several different ejuices in the eGo-T all with similar results so I can't say one juice works better then the next at this stage. But I will say if you use VG based juice (100% VG that is) just like any other rig you have to clean it out more often.

I have seen that I have to rinse my atty out a couple times a week, I just run it under hot water from the sink and just blow out the excess and it's good to go within a few minutes. You do have to burn off the excess water but again, not a big deal.

The one thing I have noticed is that I seem to go through a lot more juice now. Can't say it's the rig more so me just puffin on the new ecig more.

Now, my wife has experienced quite a bit of leakage with hers and I figured out why. When you punture the new cartidges on the atty it obviously opens up a hole in the cart for the liquid to drip down on the atty. She would put the cart on and rotate it to line up with the button. This rotation appeared to have opened up the hole in the cart which cause it to not seel properly on the atty. Once I noticed her doing that and explained what I believed to be happening she fired up a new cart, no longer rotates it on the atty and the leaking issue is gone.

So in closing take care to line up the cart in the position you want it in before pushing it down on the atty. because if you rotate it when it's fully seated in the atomizer it appears to make the cartridge hole wider over time and can cause leaks. Hope this makes sense to y'all.

Oh, I actually like the TX-eLiquid from OvaleUSA too, it's a sweet nutty taste that is not bad at all. Not a favorite of mine but it's pretty good.

I just placed an order with Ovale for the necklaces. At first it was really confusing because the only payment option they had was direct deposit into their account. I selected it and was told my order was complete, yet I hadn't entered in any personal information.

I sent a support ticket asking about it and as soon as I hit send, a window popped up explaining the payment issues and to make a note in the comments sections with your preferred method of payment and a good phone number. I sent another ticket in right after seeing that with my number.

They called me back within about 20min and I gave them my CC# over the phone. My package shipped that day.

They are working on putting in a new checkout system and will hopefully get it sorted soon.
