ya, you read it. just realized i over did it. my hands are shaking like crazy, my head is spinning, my arm wont stop twitching, heart beating like cray. drinking lots of water and laying down. any ideas?

Yikes!!! I think you covered it. Just keep the water coming and take some aleeve or tylenol. It does subside for me after and 1 hour. I also will eat a little something for my stomach. I think the headache at the end is the worst part.

Hang in there it will pass. You can also drink some sleepy or decaf tea as well.

Are you chain vaping? Or is this normal vaping? Different strength? Been sick lately?

Eat some carbs, drink some water. Don't vape until you feel better. Let me know further details.

I've had that happen before, but I was vaping way too high a strength.

I've been vaping nonstop lately. Like I mean not even more than 5mins in between vapes. Started getting headaches all the time, really have to cut down, I vape 24mg, strong stuff, Maybe getting some lower mg will help when you feel the need to chain vape

I had to lower mine from 24 to 18s because of this. I love to vape so much..I was over dosing a lot. Now it is just fine.

been vaping alot since i got home from work. got a new package in today. guess i got a little overzealous. same as usual 11-18 mg. think you guys made that water melon too good for my own good. just took some aspirin, i can feel the head ache coming.

Bless your heart. Just hang on for the hour. I'm a heavy vaper and I have this happen every Friday night because a group of us get together for a vape party and try different flavors that we all order each week. Pizza is the best food for me to eat.

Same thing happened to me when I hammered the 36mg for about 8 hrs straight trying flavors.

I vape 24mg and can chain vape this no problems. I only start having problems when I'm vaping 36mg and chain vaping. I know everyone's different, but I still am shocked at how some seem to be so lucky in only requiring small (relatively) amounts of nic.

I actually did this when i was really stressed and chain smoked over half a pack of Reds in a VERY short amount of time. Throwing up and drinking alot of water made me feel a little better lol

Not be an alarmist..but if this continues..go to a hospital! What we think as a minor nic overdose could always be something else. How many times do you hear some heart attack victim saying..gee, I thought it was heartburn..I took tums!
More then likely it is heartburn or a nic induced overdose. Just be mindfull...and watchfull.

Given your reported height and weight you're probably metabolizing them much faster than the average person. I vape 36mg, and I've not managed to OD yet, although I did get close once. It took a LOT with cigarettes to OD and that subsided for me too in ten to fifteen minutes - but I also have a fast metabolism

Same here, had to move to 11 from 18. I was just vaping too much
