Good morning fellow vapers, specifically REOnauts!

I've been using my beloved SMOKE BOX(Reo Grand) since January, I had a little bit of problems to start off, mostly user related, but that cleared up.

I love my Grand and swear by it, but I've noticed with the Ikenvap LR 510 atties my overflow well has a tendency to well, overflow.

I realize the overflow well is there to catch that overflow, but I am finding it constantly has juice in it, even if it is only a small amount that cannot be fed back into the tube. As a direct result, I can't even allow my Grand to lay down or tip over in my pocket because the excess juice will get all over my cloths.

How can I stop this? Or should I even be able to stop it? Are my expectations skewed?

I still haven't found my atty of choice and I am thinking of going with those AW IMR batteries, but with so many choices, I am getting overwhelmed >.<

I didn't find anything posted in the last couple of pages, so I figured I would ask :p

Is your juice relatively thin? This may be a situation that the reducer tube may help. There was a very small piece of clear tubing that came in your baggie with the extra bottle and business card. This tube can be inserted into the bottom of the feeder tube to help restrict the flow of juice to only when you squonk. (Note: some folks have cut the tube in half so they have a spare) I haven't used mine yet...but thought it might help give you a little more control over this. :)

I have not attempted to use the reducer tube since I started making my own juice, but I use a pg based nic with a vg based filler. It's not thin, but with the Ikenvape atty, possibly it still isn't thick enough. I NEED to get more tubing, I lost the piece I had saved after my initial experiments with it. (I cut it into several smaller pieces to use, etc).

IN fact, anyone know where I can get more?

i have this issue sometimes. the only attys that don't do it to me really are the cisco spec ones.

Weird, I have the issue all the time ... but I find the Cisco ones to be the worst because they need to be so wet.
If you can get by with higher resistance a Standard 2.3Ω Joye 510 can be run much dryer and very very little winds up in the cup.

As mentioned previously a cartomizer is the only way to keep the cup completely dry in my experience.

I have a REO mini that has cartos on it all the time .... thats the only one I ever throw in my pocket.

Every REO I have with attys on I keep standing up at all times.

And I'm a total clutz!!! I'm knocking them over all the time! I only have this problem on one of my mini's and since I'm using 3 LR510s that are all the same, it has come down to the juice for me.

Good to know, I have issues with thick juice. I burn up attys if I try to use 100%VG (especially AVEjuice)
Almost everything I use is in the 60/40 VG/PG range.

It also comes down to attys I have noticed.
Even in the 510 line up .... I have to keep Cisco 1.5 attys wetter than Joye 1.5 attys.
So if I have a Cisco on the cup is pretty wet.
With the Joye I can almost keep it dry.

This is all really interesting. I guess I'll try some cartos, I read with those high drain batteries you get a better burn?

Logically, with the high drain batteries the cartos would work better, at least in my mind? lol

The Boge 2Ω cartos work great IMO. You have to squonk the bottle a lot less though.

I start with the carto filled and had some soak in time on it.
Then I give a tiny squeeze of the bottle while I am drawing on the carto ... as soon as you feel resistance in the airflow stop squonking the bottle. Give one more sharp quick draw to get the juice up and your good to go for 6-7 more hits... then repeat.

The flavor is only 90% of an atty, but its foolproof and the dry cup is an added benefit :)

Absolutely it is the user when it comes to how much juice is left in the well depending on how much you squeeze the bottle and how much of it you vape up out of the well before you sit your Reo back down. The 510 Atty will also hold more liquid in it than a 306 all day long simply because of tube size. I use Iken Atty's on every Mod I own accept when I need to run a reg resistance Atty's on some of my VV Mods. Issac's Attys are of the up most highest QC and finest Atty's on the market as are Cisco 306 and LR's which I also use. When it comes to HV Atty's I find Issac's hands down the finest on the market and I'm running one on my Grand now at 6V it's a fabulous vape.:vapor:

Never the less it all boils down to user preference and also how much the user squeezes the bottle as per how much juice is left in the well or goes into the Atty and falls back to the well. I think we all like to squeeze the bottle sometimes more than we actually have to in order to ensure we are keeping the Atty wet and getting the best vape on every pull. With the grand or Mini all you have to do is keep vaping and the excess will get used up though sometimes I find it hard to keep vaping to use it all up because the Grand even out vapes me sometimes :) I also dont know how people can make it through there vaping day with out a Reo

Hey Big Hitter you know what else is a good one, the 5v Batt with a v2 Gold dripping carto from Iken, this happens to be a really nice set up on my Grand, it also allows me to leave the house with about 8+ ml's of liquid in my Grand. These 5v Batts also work great with an Iken HV Atty on top of my Grand too !!!
