I was just wondering if anyone had bought theirs from over seas and if they had to pay a duty on it?

Adding to what Stubby said, if the the current S.1174 1147 PACT Act bill passes the machinery will be in place for state taxation on imported tobacco products with the exception of cigars.

I'm not clear if there is provision for a federal tax/duty.
