Since I am still kind of new (a few months now into vaping), I was wondering how people decide on where to buy liquids. After a few trials and errors, I kind of know what I like now as far as liquids go, but I only have two liquid vendors that I trust (HotVapes and Virgin Vapor), and sometimes they just don't have the flavors I would like to try (or the shipping is really long) and I would love to expand my eliquid vendor list.

These are my requirements so far:

50/50 pg/vg mix
Organic/natural flavoring
Sweet flavors
coffee flavors with sweetness and creamy type flavors.
Some fruit flavors (banana is my favorite on fruits)
Not so much into tobacco, alcoholic drinks

Any recommendations or suggestions? I am sure this is a very common question, but I noticed some liquid places don't even mention the mix percentage (just say pg or vg or mix) which really doesn't help me when I am ordering, and some don't mention the type of flavoring used (organic, natural, artificial). Just seeing if anyone else may have some suggestions on where to start or particular favorite vendors they have had good luck with.

Thank you!

Thanks for the warning, Vapoor eyes- so far I've bought a liquids with varying PG/VG ratios, and found that if it's blended with more than 50% PG, I get all phlegmy for some reason, and too much VG leaves an oily aftertaste/off-taste. After experimenting with different ratios from vendors, I have found that a 50/50 mix seems to be the best for me- good taste, no phlegm or mucus reaction. I will keep your advice in mind if I start using a different carto or clearo. So far, the Vision stardust/Vision Ego clearos seem to be alright with the 50/50 mix, no clogs and wicks well, although I have read that they can get gummed up and can crack with certain flavors. I guess I will wait and see what happens

I ordered some samples from ECBlends and even found a coupon for them- I really like the options they provide, and I even made some "mix-your-own" blends just for fun.

Im currently using flavors from Virgin Vapor which are organic and Highbrow which are all natural some of which he produces on site as I understand it. Both vendors will mix whatever ratio you like and the flavors are excellent. I've had there coffees Highbrows orange is really unbelievable and both of there cheesecakes are awesome. You can customize with either one also cream and sugar inn coffee etc.

Actually, Virgin Vapor is one of the two vendors I currently am using and currently enjoy, and its nice to hear another recommendation for them. I also use a place locally called Hot Vapes, which are good, but with less variety in flavors (sadly, they have no coffee flavors). Virgin is great, but the prices have been killing me so I thought it would be good to check out other places similar to her product. I really appreciate all the recommendations. I see you mentioned Highbrow, which is a place I looked at, but wasn't sure about, so I am happy to see someone else here uses them.

I am sure everyone on the forum has their favorites and it is nice to hear what vendors other people are using that fit my criteria.

@ Heavy 119-when I google "e-juice" or "e-liqiud" it returns an insane amount of vendors out there. Even if I get 100 different answers for favorite places, from 100 different people, it has still narrowed it down and I am at least getting recommendations from real people, not just the vendor's reviews. I am so happy to have found ECF as when my husband and I first started vaping, we went through a bunch of "mediocre" liquids, some of which were just horrid and some just okay. We thought all juices were created equally and they obviously are not.

I am ordering samples from some of the great recommendations on here and I am sure I'll find a few more places to add to my list of regular places soon.

Thank you everyone for sharing your advice and giving me some different vendors to check out. Everyone on this forum has been so helpful.

You're welcome. Yes PG does form a coating on in the mouth area and throat. Some gargle/ rinse with fresh squeezed lemon and water to "wash" the coating away. Glad to see you're getting some good advice here and moving forward.
Happy Vaping.

I read all the threads which began like yours, and try the most-mentioned flavors and sources. When you're new, you have to start somewhere, and that seems to be working pretty well for me so far. Now that I'm getting a feel for the types of flavors I enjoy vaping, I'm preparing to start making my own.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions!

I received some samples of the ECBlends liquids the other day. I ordered about 10 samples which were approximately $2.50 each, so it wasn't too expensive to try a lot of flavors at once. I first tried the coffee flavors, and sadly didn't care too much for ecblends versions but I am very picky about my coffee so that didn't surprise me. This leaves me with 8 more flavors to test out. On a good note, my husband loved the vanilla malt liquid, so I have one keeper so far. I will try out the rest, including some fruity liquids, and put reviews on the E-Liquid Reviews thread. I really like the prices and selection with ECBlends, just need to find some flavors that I can tolerate. Next month I may try Highbrow.

On a related note, I noticed that most of the vendors offer the nicotine mg at 6/12/18/24. Part of the reason I have been using Virgin Vapor is that she offers a 9mg, and I haven't seen a lot of others doing that. I might just be picky, but for me 6mg isn't enough, and 12mg is a bit too much and sometimes causes nausea. I've actually purchased 2 bottles of the same flavor liquid in 6mg and 12mg hoping that if I mix in the 6 with the 12, that it would come out to closer to 9, and it seems to work, of course, it gets pricey buying 2 separate bottles all the time.

Hence my search for affordable yummy vaping goodness continues!
