Does anyone know who the head honcho/owner is of ecf? is it SmokeyJoe?

Yep, but would you rather talk to someone who knows what is going on?

(Used to ask that when I managed a place. Sure, there were owners, but they were pretty clueless on the day-to-day operations.)

I was ripped off by a mod/admin on here and want to make sure I will not be banned before I call him on it on the forum. I really hate a liar and a thief but someone with authority doing it really chaps my ars.

I wouldn't go calling anyone out yet. I would contact another mod/admin, and see if they can help you resolve the problem.
