Newbie here and was reading though the Ry4 thread trying to find a flavor as I'm so new to this and still searching for a daily. Placed an order with Ozark Fresh on June 22. Received an email confirmation on same day. Payment went through on June 24. It's now July 8 and have not received the juice or any responses to 3 emails or 2 voicemails. Kind of odd to me too that the area code for the phone number is in Jersey. Feel burned early on in my quest for flavors/suppliers.

Edit: Willing to be patient but absolute absence of CS is concerning.

Try using the 417 area code..Springfield Missouri

Did you try Pm'ing (personal message)? The name of the vendor is jerrydon10 I looked and he is still on this forum and active. Good luck!

I'm familiar with the local area codes..I'm in Missouri also. The phone number listed as a contact on their web page is Jersey. Maybe his son handles phone contact at school in Jersey? Dunno. Can't explain it because they don't answer or respond to voicemail. And transposing a local area code won't matter, it's a New Brunswick, NJ phone number. I'll try a PM later.

Thanks for the ideas

Todd, read the thread I just made...

You probably won't get a response anytime soon. I wish I could have made my thread before you ordered and I wish you luck.

If there's a delay, fine. But make it known, and at least confirm the orders. He could even just make one standard e-mail and save it so he doesn't have to type it out all the time, and then send it to all the customers who order.

That's what I'm thinking. I don't think he has any bad intentions, but that's still no excuse for accepting peoples money and not even responding to them.

He does make a really good product though (I'm vaping his e-juice as I type this actually). If he had more business sense, or maybe some help, he could put together a great business.
