Heys I was just updating you guys to let you know I still havent recieved any juice yet. I ordered on 6/25/11 and I have tried every way possible besides driving to Springfeild to get my ejuice. I was going to contact my cc company to file fraud charges but wanted to see if it was in the mail today but wasnt.

I too ordered juice on 6/28,and so far have received nothing,calls, email sent, no response at all---buyer beware!!!
I ordered 6/19/2011 and got one answered email but it seemed like a form letter.
Still nothing and tomorrow will be a month.
Any suggestions, besides a trip to Springfield?

I ordered at approximately the same time and nothing back from Jerrydon yet, despite numerous voice and emails. Come on dude, do the world a favor and reply. If you can't respond, at least give us our money back. I've ordered from Rocky Mountain Vapors for the past year and a half with flawless results and only tried Ozarkfresh because of the great flavor reviews. My body is suffering through real smokes and I'm almost back to a pack a day. RMV is getting my business in the future and I will probably dispute the credit card charges tomorrow.

In my 33 years of living I have never delt with a company that is this bad to the customers service. This makes Charter tv cs look great. lol
Did anyone contact the mods? I think there's a procedure you can go through to let them know.
I did the same thing Jaws, I placed and order 4 or 5 weeks ago did not receive my order and this guy don't respond to emails.
I asked that my order be canceled about a week ago and didn't receive a response to that email either. I suppose there is always the BBB to file a complaint with along with contacting your credit card company..
I'm still in the same sinking boat with you. Ordered mine on June 22. He doesn't respond to my emails or phone messages. This sucks.
Sorry to here about the problems with this supplier. I wanted to order from him because it sounded so good and he is in Missouri. Guess I will stick with my regular vendors.

Everyone should get together and find him! Springfield well actually Battlefield area is not large. I asked him once where he lived since my bro lives in Battlefield. I am sure he is reading these posts as well.
Depending on the mail....It takes me a week and a half to get stuff from some places. I ordered something from Southern California to come here to Missouri and it took 10 biz days! I watched the tracking, it sat in Washington state...for like 4 days. Why they would send it up there first i have no idea. Anyhow it could just be the mail.
