P3 + Subtank + 18490 0r 18500

So is there a suitable high drain 18490, or 18500 battery to be used with a P3 with a Kanger Subtank?


My Daughter keeps wanting to take my P3 + Subtank with an 18650 to Baton Twirling practice.

This model of AW is the best battery on the market for the 18490/18500 bracket (mAh and amps). You won't find a better battery than this.

It's not fair to compare this battery with a 18650 battery. It doesn't have the mAh or amps to compete with a 18650.

Those are the batteries I use in both my P3s. I love the 490 size and they perform very well. Yes, I carry extra batteries...but I always have. Even with my 18650 mechs.
