PA vs. Capella Popcorn?

Just tried KBV's Fiddle Faddle and I like it so I'm going to try and DIY something similar.

Can anyone explain the taste differences between Capella's Popcorn and PA's Popcorn as a single flavor? Are they both between 15-20%?
