I bought a GG and UFS from a member here. Now I made the noob assumption that everyone would insure a high priced item. Yeah, yeah...when you assume it make an ... out of me. Anyway talked to the post office, mailman said he saw people in the house knocked and set the package behind a bush, on my porch, where you couldn't see it from the street. The post office is saying that there is nothing they can do and I should see if it was insured. I contacted the seller she said she doesn't insure unless specifically requested to do so.
So what I'm asking, I guess, is for everyone to be on the look out for GGTS #501 and an accompanying UFS to come up on the classies. This is of course assuming that who ever snatched it knows what it is when they open the box and knows where to sell it. If anyone has any other ideas on how I might increase my chances of recovering this gear I'll listen. I saved for a long time to be able to afford this setup, I got 4 kids and $425 down the drain is a big blow. This was supposed to be my early Christmas present.
