So I have had my eroll for several months now & I really love it. But the paint has started coming off starting where the airhole is on the battery. Basically about 1 inch all around the battery near the airhole has pealed off & also the paint on the ring that secures the atomizer has pealed off.

I need to get the rest of the paint of the battery so it doesn't look all smarmy. Any suggestions on how to remove the rest of the paint since it doesn't come off nearly as easily as the part that just pealed off & I don't want to scratch up the battery or put some chemical on it that will ruin it.

P.S. to any new buyer of this product: I would go with the silver if I could do it all over again.

Yeah, this happened to some of mine after a year or so. I took them to the garage and burnished them on my
wire wheel on my bench grinder. This got them back to the silver metal they all are prior to painting. The paint they use might be
powder coating as it is pretty tough. If you don't have a wire wheel you can sit there and cut designs in the paint with a sharp knife like I did until I decided to try the wire wheel.

You can put a wrap on it and then carefully use a pin or paper clip to open an air hole in the wrap. If you're good at it, you can even do the hole before wrapping. You don't have to buy a wrap just for ecigs. You can use the crafters sheeting. Its really inexpensive and sold on amazon/ebay, etc... maybe even locally if you live in a metro area.

Time to buy a new battery. Batteries are what six, seven dollars? Under $10 for sure. You should probably have two or three extra batteries if the eRoll is your only vape system anyway. Your grody battery is now your spare!
