Yeehaw! Shipment arrived today with a new Mini and VV Grand. No more stressing a loss or equipment failure! Thanks for the quick ship Rob! 3 REOS.jpg

OK, so I know I'm not the only guy with more than one REO, but its nice to have several to compare and contrast. The mini sure is a nice change after my big Grand. The VV is higher profile and hits like the others, but the true test will come later when the batteries decrease. I'm good about swapping mine out anyway, but really wanted a VV. I have the three all with different juices but vaping is pretty similar. I just like the idea of having backups! Now its Woodvil or bust. I just might go get a block of cherry and a carving knife and make my own!

I don't want to bomb the forum with additional threads, so I'll keep posting here. I plan on writing a larger more comprehensive article once I get all of the anecdotal data and science down. Attached is a photo of my workings today. Important observations that I wanted to share.

1. I've been on cartomizers for 12 days. Tried 2 atomizers tonight. They're simply better for taste. Both cartomizers and atomizers provide good vape, however.

2. You should have drip tips on top of your cartomizers/atomizers if you so choose to use such. As a newbie, the liquid in the mouth could have been better averted with a drip tip. I'm now an advocate, so anything that makes a new vaper comfortable is important for me to share.

3. New users will have somewhat of a learning curve. I was an electronics technician in the military so after reading the RBA rebuild section (thanks poster whose name I forgot!) this should be easy. Less technical folks should be just fine with an off-the-shelf disposable carto/atomizer.

4. Cleaning, maintenance and taking care of your important tool is a must. It takes care of you, doesn't it? Why in the heck would you NOT clean your baby every week? Sure, it may not need it, but does your human baby really need a bath every day? - Kidding, but why not clean and properly maintain such an important tool that helped you get off of cigarettes!

5. The REO Grand's battery life and 6ml bottle is what I'd recommend to a new user. I killed my Mini's 3ml bottle (about 2/3 full) using it part time today.

6. Delrin button covers are a MUST. My fat fingers didn't jive with the small button, so enjoy the better tactile experience of the larger button. Also, when in a movie theater, the stealth ability makes it easier - which is offset by giant vape clouds. You all used to be smokers...you know tricks to mitigate the giveaway ;)

7. After a week of realizing what a good MOD this is, consider buying more than one. Sure, I have a few bucks, but consider the extra bucks I just saved by not smoking. I plan on buying even more, but keeping one full time in the car wouldn't be a bad idea.

8. Go ahead and use a variety of juices. Yes, I already have my faves (I bought 12 out of the gates), but the variety keeps this interesting, and as opposed to smoking this can be a fun hobby as well.

Vape hard my friends. I've used this forum as my support mechanism to make the switch. I'll keep posting my experiences and recommendations as time comes.

Again, thank you ALL for your support to date.

me to wife:

"look at my signature banner honey - see, the first one's paid off"

BTW, I bought REO Minis for 2 of my co-workers who smoke and want to get off. Darned Aliens Visions ejuices only take orders early b/c of demand. The entrepreneur in me says - "get it on" if you know what I'm saying. Likewise to Rob, if your demand exceeds supply, seek an investor <<<<<<<<<<
