Awesome customer service in a time of need!

The little metal tab under the button on my Reo Grand broke in half about two weeks ago and I freaked out because that was the only PV I own. I went to Reosmods in search of help and stumbled upon a batch of Minis for sale. I always wanted to try a mini so I bought myself a tumbled aluminum one. In the comments I pleaded for a new metal tab to resurrect my Grand and within a week, my prayers were answered! I now have a new Mini and a fully functional Grand (which has saved me because my 14500 batts still haven't arrived). Thank you Rob for this awesome gift! Coincidentally it all arrived on my birthday, the best gift of the day.
