I very recently ordered and received a Smoktech eMax 1300mah battery. It came in the mail on the 9th, making it less than a week that I've been using it. Today, I carelessly dropped it and when I picked it up, I noticed the button had been smashed in. It's so smashed in that it can not be pressed in any further, and won't pop out. It's useless to me now. I'm devistated, I haven't been vaping for long and it took me quite awhile to afford a nicer battery. I know it's my own fault, but it's disheartening when I'm trying to stay away from cigarettes. I'm pretty sure I'm screwed here, I think I may be out a battery, but if any of you have any tips that could maybe help me fix it, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Depending on where you bought it from--I have returned several with this problem for free replacement. Worth a try anyway.

Often just tapping your battery gently against a table top will fix the problem. Your button might just pop into place.

If tapping it does to help anything, I've also had pretty good luck with just sending it back. So long as it doesn't look damaged from

Just wait until you drop a $200 mod on concrete! It has happened to all of us.
That would break my heart too. Unfortunately, I'm on a very low fixed income and a mod will probably never been in my price range. I was super excited to have a battery that wasn't an ebay ego rip off. lol.
