Panzer?

This is a two part question. Ive been toying with the idea of getting my first mech mod but have some questions

1. What are the best hardest hitting mods out there?

2. I was looking at ripp's youtube about the panzer and was kinda leaning towards it but dont know if there is a better choice plus I cant find anyplace online that sells them. Can someone direct me to a site that has them in stock

Maybe the copper Nemesis clone with silver plated contacts would by the hardest hitting being that copper is the most conductive metal that manufacturers are producing mods in. It really doesn't matter though - "hard hitting" depends mostly on how you build your system. Basically, you might not be able to tell the difference between mods given the same top and a quality base mod. That's just the truth - "hardest hitting" is just a term used to say "this setup rocks!!"
