Paps V4 polish

Im sorry for flooding this sub but I have one more question.
I have bought a new Paps V4 1 week ago and I have made a stupid mistake. I have one of the GP polisher and brushed units and I was eager to give it a whirl. I tried on a less valuable mod and it came up well.
I had the smallest little scratch on the V4 from knocking over on a table and I thought...
Why not polish it again! The unit is practically seamless but my polishing has made it not so seamless. It's a tiny difference but it winds me up no end. Any ideas how I can make this seamless again? I could get the GP service but the difference is so small and I don't want to have to send another message to Perseas explaining how much of a fool I was (he's been very helpful with my mistakes through email).

A mod is ultimately a tool to me - it is going to get marks on it through use.

I have the Seams with my finish on my V3. I was dazzled when I saw the seams in the V4 disappear. I do understand

I had originally thought that the seamless-ness was brought about by an advancement in cutting. Like, using a lazer instead of a saw. Apparently it's maybe also the polishing. Did you perhaps buff off the sharp edges on the seams?

That seamless-ness is achieved by polishing (finishing) the whole unit together, imho. Log-stock-n-barrel. Topcap, switch, tube all together attached as one piece and put into the finishing process. I'd advice you to do the same over your dremel.

Ps.: But remember, whatever you do, however a fine artist you're, you cannot accomplish the same results as done by GP. Their process is extensive. But you can come pretty close to it. As such, if you're OCD - it might do well to fetch their 'finishing service'.

Okay, thanks guys. I am usually so relaxed but this has annoyed me so much.
My favourite piece out of everything. Relatively inexpensive but €99 + shipping + silver contacts is still too much to damage within a week.

I got a GP polisher and wanted to give it a go and I used it on the V4 . I can't polish that well...

Okay the time is here. I'm sorry @perseas. I need your help again. Can you check the pic up top and tell me if you can refinish my mod and make it as good as new?
I know it's a really small difference but it annoys me.
