Parallel 18650 W/ DNA Chip Pre-Built/Cut Enclosure?

I am planning to start acquiring some resources to begin to put together my own box mod (I have been reading and studying wiring diagrams a lot the past couple days so I have a pretty good grasp on the general concept, but I'm not there yet anyway) but I'm pretty sure that every single pre-built enclosure that I have come across have room for either a single 18650 with a chip or dual 18650 without a chip. I don't have the tools and resources to build my own enclosure, or cut holes of a standard Hammond enclosure.

Is there something like what I'm looking for out there without spending and arm and a leg? Or any 3D printer plans or something for something like this that are public?

Tons of designs. You can do a Hammond with a cheap wal-mart drill and a step bit.

This one takes some metal fab abilities but is now my EDC, it's something a buddy and myself put together on Shapeways. We should have an SX350 mini/J set up in the same style soon but only for the 60 watt crowd.
