Has SYS out for use while charging, but is under-powered for vaping
maybe two or three would fit inside, didn't see how thick they are
based on MCP73831 = CC/CV charging
EDIT: this board also has a boost converter for 5 volt output, but it's too low power for vaping - and i'm not sure if that effects it's ability to use the battery directly
