Does anyone know what happened with it?

I ordered a sample a little while ago and when I went back to review it, it was no longer in the drop down menu on reviews and it was removed entirely from the flavors in review section.

And as of yet hasn't appeared in the DIY flavors section. Did it get a bunch of bad reviews?

*Nevermind....got my answer, Linda had emailed me and it went to my spam folder. I figured she was just busy and maybe someone had heard something. She will be putting it in stock eventually.

Thanks! I took a look last night. I'm on vacation in Key West so I can't try it until I get home. I only brought the bare basics for mixing with me.

But I'm definitely gonna give it a shot. I just hate to let the lorann's flavoring go to waste. I even considered getting some candy making supplies from Michaels, lol.

Vacationing in Key West, Right On !!!

I could diffinately go for some KB time on a white sand beach. Have you noticed any effects of the Oil Spill in the Gulf?

Was the lemon flavor trial sample good?

Off topic: There are usually plans. There were plans for events like Hurricane Katrina, they just weren't approved by the President until at least a week after the event. The plan for this spill is an organism that eats oil, but BP said they could handle it without the government's help.

The lemon sample was good, it has a stronger citrus acid punch than the key lime. The lemon flavor could be a bit stronger tho.

I only mixed it on it's own and haven't had the chance to sweeten it tho. It's definitely not a candy lemon flavor.

Edit: I too, hope they get the ball rolling on cleaning up the spill. And not that I want to see oil on anyone's coast but I freak when they have all these people on the news talking about where the current could take the oil. Especially when they point out it could go down the west coast of FL and head back the the east coast of it where I live.

What was your overall impression of the Key Lime?

I almost got some on my last order but was detirmed to get Black Cherry, Tangerine, Green Apple and a few others. I've spent more than I should this mounth on DIY and it is only the 13th!

The entire problem with DIY flavors is that you start to think of combinations to things you have already.

If you have Caramel now, don't you have to get Green Apple to make Caramel Apple?

It's this kind of thinking that makes you end up with about 30 of those little bottles with the white dropper on the top.
