pass throughs

Why dont we see any variable volt pass throughs ?

Good question! I don't really know the answer to that, but I use a variable voltage AC/USB converter from radioshack to plug my 5V PT into, and I can change the voltage on it, so VV PT is possible. Mine goes up to 12V, and has a setting for 6, 5, 4.5, 3 and 2 V. Not exactly fine tuning, but it is VV.
