Passthrough plugin?

I don't know what to call it. Has anyone purchased the accessory that you plug your USB passthrough into that plugs into the wall? The only place I found them was at Runyandirect so I did get two. Haven't gotten them yet, should be here Monday if I am reading the thing right.

I spend 9-12 hours at work with no computer (I love the passthroughs) my client sleeps 7-9 of those hours and I was going through batteries like mad. It's so great NOT to have to go outside to smoke. I figured it would be even better to not have to take 3 chargers with me. I'm lazy what can I say.

So anyone with any experience with these things would be helpful. If not, I shall post my experience and we'll start from there.

I am assuming you are talking about a USB wall outlet adapter like this:

It is definitely better to use a pass through with one of these. Computer usb ports all have different outputs. Several members have reported damaging their computers using pass throughs. Plus the power from an outlet will always be the same and not vary.

You will find that the Chinese pass throughs are very cheaply made and break easily. If you like to vape using a pass through, I would suggest checking out the one made in the USA by puresmoker.com.

I got 2 ac and 1 car adapter coming from dealextreme. You must get ones that have a mA of 1000 or higher. My iphone charger works very well with PT. I also have on order from Amazon, a Kensington battery pack. this has a 1500mA rating and will last 1-2 days. Can't wait till it gets here! I got really spoiled with the PT.

Don't confuse mA with mAh. mA is output power, mAh is life of battery.

Darn, I didn't see one at any of the US suppliers, else I would have gotten one, where the shipping would have been faster. I guess I should have posted a "I am looking for" before I ordered it. ~sighs~ So it's called a wall adapter? Helps when you also know what to call something. Thanks bunches.

The one at puresmoker is the passthrough and adapter together? That could be why I missed it. I was just looking for the wall part since I already have the passthroughs themselves. Oh well, live and learn. You'd think by now I'd have learned more though.

Ok, I got the a/c adapter and it doesn't allow me to actually USE the passthrough. So it the above going to allow me to plug my USB passthrough into it and then plug that into the wall and actually let me vape? I have no desire to buy another that just charges things.

Another choice. Although it doesn't show the output, they both work (one wall, one car lighter with usb outlet). I use both with no problems.
