PAY PAL Problems

It seem that paypal is giving problems to ecig retailers. Anybody having problems with them. Just as I was about to place some orders.

No issue when i paid on mon with a overseas supplier using paypal..And on tues with my friends paypal acct..

My friend did some transaction and it went thru successfully too..... Monday i think.

Paypal only causes problems if any one party (buyer or seller) uses a US based account. To avoid this, the seller will usually advice against buyers leaving anything e-cig related in the PayPal comment box. But with these precautions taken, it still ain't always foolproof.

PayPal accounts for the rest of the world shouldn't have issues.

It seems so, no problems with the UK stores but in the US more of the smaller store are having problems.
