I dont know why all your support channels are not working and there is no response from the channels "emails, facebook, inbox on 2fdeal.com... ".

I'm not really sure the order was placed with. It doesn't sound like a transaction involving ECF.

They left their name and address on the first screenshot. Usually, people prefer anonymity on forums like this. They may have done it without knowing it.
