yeah. its activated. I even called customer service and they said it had something to do with the "amount" of the order. He said even if i was using a bank card, credit card, or my card it wont work. couldnt really understand what he was saying cause of the accent. My order was gonna be about 150$ so i tried ordering just the batteries for 40$+/-. that didnt work either. dunno what to do. hohum..

Only recourse I would guess, call them with your order, maybe they'll be able to fill you in on what's happening, first hand knowledge would be good.

Thanks Minna, that probably does explain a lot of it. Not JC, but a lot of other problems.
I, too, had been declined trying to purchase ammo. 5 times at 5 different places. I called them and they too said it looked like fraudulent use, they froze my account. No call or anything.
