Are their any vendors that accept PayPal or will allow an acxh transfer from my bank??
I know fasttech, angelcig and eBay

While technically true for USA, Canada, and Brazil you will still find there are many American vendors on Ebay selling vape-ware.

They do so at their own risk as E-bay also does not allow e-cig sales, but they seem not to enforce much

WHy not just use your bank card with the vendor?

I used Paypal when I first dealt with [edited], an online e-juice vendor in NM. I've been using my card with them lately, simply because there's been more $$ in my bank acct than my Paypal acct..

I only have a savings account now with a debit card and I have it linked to my PayPal account. If anyone knows of a vendor I can pay directly with my bank account.
