I'm one of the last to say this is easy. I only point out the reality of it. There's no utopian solution even though some might want that.

Unfortunately, like just about everything, it does really come down to money. That's why it's so scary. The fact is, most of us got into this for, among other very omportant things, the cost savings. And now it's possible that in order to hold the right to continue, we're up against two of the most networked and well-funded lobbies in existance.

Talk about David and Goliath.

Understood, it's part of the near 'resignation' I talked about I just like to keep thing real. In another thread I've said I was done contacting my representatives (although encourage those who haven't - sometimes 'numbers' are counted. For me, dozens of emails and very little cogent responses (with a few exceptions noted). So at this point, I'm waiting for the court cases, (while stocking up ....since I don't think it's going to get better through legislation unless there is a bigger turnover from regulation friendly reps to those who would rather have less regulations. Again - reality says - not any time soon.
