Hello guys,

I need someone to point me to those PCC troubleshooting guides. I`ve seen a few threads on the forum where you fix the problems with it.

I tried the "search option" but it couldn't help me...

Both my PCCs are not acting "like they should"....

Sometimes I need to use rolled paper or something like that to push down the batts otherwise they won't start charging ... I need to fix that.

Also one of the white manual batts that I have don`t fit nice in the pcc and I have to gently insert it while I see it blinking and then I have to leave it like that and not push it down any further and close the lid as it will activate the battery and the whole thing gets messed up...Anyone got the same issues ?

Also does anyone know the lifetime of the internal battery of the PCCs?

They charge the batteries but I think I need to reboot them..not sure tho...

I hope that some of you are subscribed to those threads and can give the links to them or just share your experience pls..

Hey,
Thanks in advance:cool:

All I can tell you is to use the rubber caps from the empty carts to get your batts to make a good connection to charge. Put the cap on the led end of the bat and this will help it connect. Hope this helps. Sorry I don't have answers to your other questions.

Thanks I shall try your advice and wait for someone else to join as well with experience ;)

hmm, I have a little trouble with the automatic battery sometimes, but it starts charging eventually. The card that came with it says to clean the contact inside with a little alcohol now and then. I just gently use a swab to get in there while I'm cleaning my atomizers and carts. Make sure the swab it not too wet, you don't want to soak the contact or leave fibers behind. Is the spring inside still bouncy? You might try a new spring. The spring should make the connection tight enough to charge with the lid closed like normal. I haven't opened my case up to check this out yet, but try it and let us know how it goes.

The PCC requires a clean contact to work best. The top of your batteries, where the atty connects, usually gets some juice on it through normal use. You need to get some alcohol and q-tips and clean the battery connections and the connection in the PCC where the battery contacts the charging surface. I do this fairly regurlarly as it will also effect the normal charger as well. Keep these contacts clean and I think your problem will go away.

Not really related, but I'm not authorized to start a thread yet: Does anyone make a tiny e-liquid tube (or just a tube that could hold e-liquid) that's the same diameter as a 510 atty/cart, so it could fit into one of the slots in the PCC?

If you could put a 3ml tube in one of those slots, you could still have a cart, atty and charged batt, and be set to smoke all day!
