After I've charged the PCC and I charge a battery on it, can I close the case and leave it screwed in , and toss it my purse?? Also, how do I know if it's charged? Sorry if these questions have already been asked, I just haven't had any luck locating the answers. :(

When my PCC is fully charged the red light turns green. You can leave the battery screwed in and carry it in your purse. When the battery is fully charged the red light will blink.

If the PCC has no light on, the PCC is charged and the battery is charged. If the top red light is on, the battery is currently charging. If the middle red light is on, the PCC needs to be charged. If the bottom red light is on, you currently have the PCC plugged in to charge and it's not finished yet. That bottom light will turn green when finished.

After your battery has been fully charged in the pcc, wouldnt it be a good idea to unscrew it and flip it over so the threads arent facing?

Well, that was complete stupidity on my part, actually (and I don't mind you pointing that out or asking). There are so, so many posts about the 510 PCC (of course), and I really didn't even realize what forum she was in because I read the post from the RSS feeds, which really don't show you the forum. If I had realized that, I obviously wouldn't have answered, lol. Anyway, now she knows all about 510 PCCs, just in case she gets one. :)
