OH! i asked this question a few days ago and here's what i got... The USB passthrough plugs into your usb port. You basically take off the battery and plug your atomizer and cart into the usb passthrough and vape up while on your computer.

You get a consistent and often higher voltage than on a battery and you save the charge cycles on the batteries. This really works out well for those who are on the computers for long hours. If you're the kind of person who's more out and about PCC would probably work out better, just so you have that extra battery charge. If you're by the comp more often, then the USB passthrough is a heaven sent. ^_^ hope that helped!

I just received my USB passthrough in the mail today and have been vaping on it all night. I got a DSE 103 passthrough with two atomizers from eCigSmokersChoice<.>com. It is awesome. Thie 103 is a minicig style, where you have a female ended battery and a male ended atty. It's also in the mini cig class. The steel arch on the atty is exposed when the cartridge is off. I like these for easy dripping or dipping. (Dripping is where you put a few drops directly on the atty's steel arch, instead of or with a cartridge. Dipping is the same thing only you dip just the atty arch in a small pool of juice.)

This thing vapes awesome and goes forever. It's great to use in the car too. All you need is a car outlet adapter for a USB. Lots of online retailers sell them or you can probably pick one up at an electronics store. You never have to worry about messing with batteries, especially on road trips. I drive for my job, so this thing is a life saver. I don't have to mess or wait for charging batteries and dragging a ton of accessories around anymore. My car has the USB plug adapter in it now. They also make adapters for regular wall outlets to USB, just in case you aren't near a computer. These adapters I have seen for the Nintendo ds. It is really small, just a prong for the outlet and a USB slot on the front.

Just some tips and tricks, hope it helps you out! !:D

I'd not realised that I could use my passthrough by hooking it to a USB mains adaptor. I've been using it through my laptop and through the 12v car adaptor, but I'm not sure I like the idea of plugging it into 240v and then sticking in my mouth - would this definitely be safe?
