PCC question

Just got a PCC for my M601XL. When I screw the battery in it doesn't do it's 5 flashes to show it's charging. Is my PCC defective? The screen shows that the PCC itself has a full charge.

Tried it on my boss's PCC (same model) and it charges my batt just fine. So mine must be defective. Emailed electronic-cigz.com, hopefully they will replace it.
