Can anybody recommend a pcc? I'm looking for one of those that looks like a cigarette pack and can hold extra batteries and carts. I have a mini pcc from bloog, but it is completely unreliable. I need some thing that can dependably recharge bloog 65 and 78 batteries 3 or 4 times or more if possible per charge.

Louie, do you have one of the older, threadless mini-PCCs? If so, you might want to try our new(er) model; same mini-PCC, but with a traditional threaded connector. No more problems with losing the connection, and it will now fit both 65 and 78mm cartos.

Are these ready to ship now? Do I have to specify the treaded? I do have the threadless one now I don't know if the preoblem is the connectors or the battery but after about 2 uses it never worked correctly. How many bats can the new one charge per charge? After my experience with the one I have I'm a little leary of another one. Is the battery in the standard charger more powerful? Thanks for the quick response.

Louie, other than the connector, it is exactly the same.

But the problem with the threadless connector was that the prongs wouldn't always maintain proper contact against the batt, so the batt wouldn't charge properly. The threaded connectors solve that issue.

And all PCCs in stock now have the threaded connector, I believe, but to be sure, specify that in the order comments section.

Leaford, the pcc kit I was shipped today is totally scratched up all over the face which makes reading the progress screen nearly impossible. When I placed my order, I asked if I should just wait until the newer ones were available and was told the newer ones might not be available as soon as it's been made out to be. Can the larger pcc's charge the 65s? I'm also having a problem with one of the manual batteries which came with my kit and stayed charged for less than 4 drags while being supposedly fully charged at the onset.

It might just be the plastic sheet that protects your case until it gets to you. Try peeling it up at one corner. Mine was nice and shiny underneath.

Unfortunately, it's the actual plastic top. Mine didn't have a protector thing on it, but was encased in a plastic sleeve with an adhesive lip like an envelope.

Are you sure?
The plastic sheet is not very visible when it's there, because it's exactly the same size as the inner part of the top of the PCC and even has a little hole for the button. you might even not find it easy to take it off, as it has no lip.
It's a relatively hard and thick sheet, but completely transparent.

OK, you were right about the plastic sheet. Found it. Took it off. Still doesn't solve the problem of there being dried glue covering half of the clear window to the progress screen. This glue or whatever it is is on the underside of the plastic top. Because of the glue smudge, the progress screen, particularly the side for reading the e-cig's battery progress, is functionally unreadable. The "glue" does not come off with soap and water nor just trying to carefully chip at it and I'm sketch about trying something like alcohol to dissolve it.
