Peanut Brittle .. Help :)

Does anyone have a good recipe for a Peanut Brittle?

I was thinking about combining Peanut Butter, Toffee and Sweetener - but I don't like any chocolate in my juices (not at all). Any suggestions? Just wondering ...

i just made a juice just like that recently.I did 10% peanut butter and 10%english tofee without sweetener .tasted alright but lacked something.wasnt quite peanut brittle.

Thanks Did you taste any chocolate in it? (I haven't tried English Toffee yet).

Wonder about maybe adding some marshmallow ... hum. "Dunno" - going to have to play around with this idea.

Anyone else have an idea?
