I am struggling to create a peanut butter crunch juice. All my attempts with peanut butter have failed. I have used TFA & FW peanut butter, no luck. I have tried HIC's recipe as well. Anyone have some insight? I have been keeping to 2 - 6 %. All i ever get is a bland slightly nutty vape. I have steeped upwards of a month, hot baths & ultrasonic cleaner. Just aiming for that cereal flavor from childhood. Is there a trick to the peanut butter flavorings?

I'm still new but flavor arts peanut butter is amazing. I mix it with tobacco flavors though. Maybe try it at 2 to 3% in your next batch.
I don't vape peanut butter vapes anymore, but i used to add toffee, marshmallow, and a cream to mine.
I've tried 6 recipes now. None straight pb. But the pb is sopposed to be the focal point. I haven't been able to acheive that yet. I was wondering if there is a percentage I should aim for, konda like tobacco flavors where when you use too much they leave a citrus flavor.
That sounds awesome, I forgot about peanut butter crunch cereal. I have made some creamy peanut butter fromTFA flavors using 10% PB and 1-3% of sweet cream,custard,banana cream and caramel.Its pretty good ,I also like straight up PB at 10%, but its not amazing. Peanut butter crunch would be great, you might want to try asking on the flavor apprentice flavoring thread, lots of recipes and advice there. Good luck.
Hmm... I used TFAs PB at 6% in a Butterfinger and it came out great. The recipe has 8% caramel tho, I wonder if it just needs to be mixed with the right stuff?
That might be the case. I have 3 batches steeping now. The waiting game. Been at this recipe for over 8 months. Almost ready to agree with wife on this one. Almost.

No sweat on link. I think I am going to have to go back to basics. Taste test up samples until I've hit the pb I'm after, then introduce the secondary flavors. Maybe try adding an acid.
I don't vape peanut butter anymore either, but I used to mix TFA pb and Capella pb in equal amounts to total about 8% and add .25% of Nature Flavors Malt. Of course I added other stuff like brown sugar, marshmallow, etc., but I was going for PB cream pie, not cereal.
I have seen somewhere before that using Caramel and Hazelnut will give a creamy peanut butter flavouring.

Peanut Butter is a tough one. The people at The Vape Kitchen make a Peanut Butter Crunch Cereal. Perhaps try a bottle of theirs. I've had good luck doing that for inspiration. Good luck and post if you succeed.
I think you might be trying to run before you learn to walk. The key IMO is to find an intenses peanut taste. If someone knows a flavor that is a in-your-face plain (or close to plain peanut) peanut flavor, then start from there. I've been wrestling with this one off and on for a while.

As a rule, I always try my flavors before mixing a batch. 1 drop of flavor and 9 drops of pg/vg (varies on your preferred %). This will give me a rough idea about that flavor.
Yep, in an earlier post i mention ising HIC's recipe. I usually don't join forums, I read hundreds, but was hoping to get past this hurtle quicker. I'll just have to keep pushing at it. Guess I'll appreciate the sucess more once I tackle it.
Please keep us posted, very interested inthis peanut butter crunch idea. I also am not a forum guy, or a typer or texter for that matter, can you tell by my typing. But this has been a thoroughly entertaining,educational and interesting experience.I also diy and would be very excited to find this flavor combo, I have TFA flavors, maybe if I get on the TFA flavoring thread, they will have a recipe.Just thinking outloud.
