Pecan flavor chewed plastic on my tank

Let me first say, at this time I will not mention who the vendor is until I hear from them. I have sent off an email this morning to ask why this has happened.

Has any one else had a problem with flavoring chewing up plastic parts?
This flavor in particular is pecan. When I mixed my recipe up in the bottle, it was never clear. Stayed cloudy.
It clouded my 3.5 tank (turned the plastic white, its ruined) and ate the plastic end caps.

There are a few flavors that eat up plastics and crack tanks. Do a search you will find lots of threads about this.
I thank ya, AzPlumber. I searched on this forum and found a lot more info. The chemical in my pecan flavoring is Triactetin which cracks and eats plastics.
