I do not know why everyone is getting so worked up about a possible ban.. If a ban on flavored juice was put up.. all it does is stop US sales of premixed juice.. so it makes shipping a bit more to order from Canada.. or you will just have to order unmixed and flavoring separate.
Might want to read up on what they are trying to pass Lab. It's out to stop the mailing of the products (anything with nicotine in it except cigars which includes cigs, e-liquid juice=premixed or not) so you will have to drive to Canada which is not viable for some of us. Face it they have used all the tricks in the book so they know what loop holes to bar.

Don't have any children, but this is what I did for storage for daily used items. Bought a file card size box that locks (Vaultz brand-near index cards) from wally world for daily storage since it is completely dark inside it. For sections I just cut boxes in half that PT's came in and fill any loose spaces up with empty or full cart boxes. Attys I put in a perscription bottle with a piece of paper towel to let them drain between uses. Also had the same type bottle in it to hold what juice I was currently using, though that is outside the box--description below. Box wasn't really cheap, but cheaper than a sick kid for ya'll and faster than duck taping (or fancy wrapping) a cheaper plastic box to make it dark inside.
For the bottle I actually am currently filling from I cut an index card to the size of a childproof perscription pill bottle I have (makes darker storage) and put the child proof lid on. For a 3ml bottle to be easy to get out of it just fill in with paper towels.
