I just tested it again on a clean atty, It's good, but I think it's missing something still. Definitely needs more sweetness to be like a real pecan pie, and I'm definitely still getting too much crust. I think maybe it needs more pecan and maybe a touch of caramel.

My brand new atty apparently just died, and the other 2 that I have have lasted me over 2 1/2 months! It's not heating up, but I didn't hear it pop or anything, and definitely didn't get it too hot. Grrrrr

That's the one I have lol. Haven't tried it yet, how strong is it?
It's pretty strong but I've found there's a lot of leeway with it.

Your posts got me to dig out my VBIC last night and whip up a cookie mix. I used Sugar Cookie and VBIC and it's a nice sweet vape. The Sugar Cookie is pretty light so I had to use more than I would have normally used but it worked. :)

So here's what I came up with so far:

I made a 5 ml base of 25/75 PG/Vg at 12mg's and added the flavorings at:

3 drops TPA Pecan
6 drops TPA Brown Sugar
3 drops TPA Pie Crust (I will use just 1 or 2 drops next time probably, it's potent!)
4 drops TPA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

It's a good sweet vape, but I went a little heavy on the Pie Crust and it's overwhelming everything. I'm going to steep it and see if the other flavors come out more later. I may add a drop or 2 of Cotton Candy to add a bit more sweetness since Pecan Pie is inherently super sweet. It is a good start though! I did 25% PG because the added flavors would raise the PG a bit more to my normal 40/60 vape. I also went ahead and added nic because I can tweak it to something else if necessary. I may try adding caramel too.

Ok, so I've tweaked this recipe a bit more, and I think I found the missing ingredient, currently adjusting the new flavor to get it right.

I added a drop of caramel candy, and that stuff is STRONG! I ended up doubling the batch without adding any more caramel candy or pie crust, but the pie crust is still slightly dominant; next time I'll only use 1 drop of pie crust.

I also added 2 drops of Toasted Almond (for the recipe amount, I added 4 with the larger batch), and this seems to be what was missing! It has the toasted flavor that you get from the pecans that wasn't in the pecan flavor, though I think I may need to add more.

I think if I ever get around to needing to remake it, I may leave out the caramel candy, I don't like the smell or flavor of it. Maybe Lorann caramel would work better for this recipe.

Brown Sugar is not a strong flavor, no.

Actually my duh moment was more like blind with pain moment. A bag full of heavy groceries dropped on a big toe doesn't feel good. Just sayin!
I think it is broken. Swollen, black & blue, can't bend it, and it hurts like a ...yeah can't say that dirty phrase here. OUCH!!!!

Back on topic now, sorry...

I think I figured out that it was about 25 drops per ml for my dropper; though my VBIC and Toasted Almond have their own built-in droppers, so I'm not sure about those. They "look" to be about the same size though.

Ouch RK! That's painful! Broke my big toe and little toe on the same day, same foot, but at different times. I kicked 2 different things while walking past them! Hope it gets better soon!
