Pecan

Anybody have any good pecan concentrates? I'm working with TFA pecan and currently going through the motions of figuring out which % this belongs at. Its not bad, but I'm not satisfied at the 4% I mixed it initially, so going to bump it to 5% for experiment2. Seems like one of those flavors that aren't talked about/sought after, so it has me curious.

As a Ga girl pecans are of course near and dear to my heart. I've not seen anyone really use pecans either. I'm going to order some to use as an under note for some tobacco I think and perhaps to try and sort out a nice "pecan pie". It may just be that people are not driven to try it stand alone like they might be with some others. And I suspect that those who do try pecan try the buttered pecan because of the ice cream connection.

I just got some tfa pecan last week. Have not tried it yet though. I was hoping to find a receipe here.
